Pre-Ballet

A fun, introductory hour long dance class for 3-6 year old beginners. The pre-ballet class develops the child's creativity, introducing technical concepts in an age appropriate and fun fashion. All of this keeping the classes entertaining and lively!

Ballet 1

( Ages 7-11 )

This class emphasizes the development of classical ballet skills with a focus on proper placement, alignment and coordination of port de bras with leg and footwork. Students will learn ballet vocabulary through barre and center work while building strength and flexibility. Since ballet vocabulary is used in all dance forms, it is highly recommended that all youth division students take a ballet technique class in addition to another dance discipline.

 

Ballet 2

( Ages 12 and Up )

For students with at least two years of training. Hip Hop 1

( Ages 5-7 )

This high-energy class uses the latest sounds in Hip-Hop, R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today's hottest video choreographers presented in age-appropriate manner. The class begins with a basic warm-up to stretch and tone the body, followed by fun and energetic movements.

 

Hip Hop 2

( Ages 8-14 )

This high-energy class uses the latest sounds in Hip-Hop, R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today's hottest video choreographers presented in age-appropriate manner. The class begins with a basic warm-up to stretch and tone the body, followed by fun and energetic movements.

 

Hip Hop 3

( Ages 15 and Up )

Designed for dancers who are more experienced in hip hop. A good workout for the body and brain, Hip Hop 3 classes teach challenging choreography at a fast pace where there is a strong emphasis on performing. Dancers should expect to be challenged and work at a advanced pace. This is the ultimate in FUN!
